Giving Importance to Education
Sikar has been among the top three districts in Rajasthan along with Jaipur and Jhunjhunu in basic literacy and education. There are not too many large industries in sikar, so the people had to migrate to other cities for jobs, and education is a way to do it.
Culture of Hard Work
The economy of Sikar is mainly around Agriculture and other small scale industries. Hence there is a strong culture of not shying away from the hardwork that is required to crack the toughest competitive exams. So overall there is a aura of hardwork in the Teachers, Administrators and the Students to show the best results.
Top IITs, NITs and MBBS Alumni Coming Back to Sikar
The earliest coachings started in late 1990s in Sikar, but since around mid 2010s, there was an influx of people, who hailed from Sikar and had studied from top Institutes from India like IIT Kharagpur, IIT Kanpur etc started coming back to Sikar to provided high quality education.
